Return & Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we carefully review each return request on a case-by-case basis.
If you receive a damaged product:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
2. Provide photos of the damage
3. Include your order number
We will process replacement or refund requests for:
- Damaged items
- Wrong items received
- Quality issues
Note: Due to the nature of personalized items, we cannot accept returns for:
- Changed mind
- Incorrect customization provided by customer
